At lower bitrates, some quality reduction is expected — this is inherent to the MP3 format and is not a limitation of our tool. For speech and podcasts, 128 kbps delivers excellent clarity. For music, we recommend 192 kbps or higher.

This is common with screen recordings captured without a microphone, animation exports, and some stock video files. In this case, no conversion is possible — the video simply has no audio data to extract.
