Last Updated: August 5, 2026
Van Gogh Studio (freevideogenerator.io; “Platform,” “we,” “us”) provides AI content generation services. This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to all content generated, uploaded, published, transmitted, or stored through the Platform, and sets out our content standards, moderation practices, reporting process, and enforcement measures. All users must comply with this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to all content forms supported by the Platform, including:
- Text: AI-generated copy, scripts, captions, dialogue, and similar text outputs
- Images: AI-generated or AI-edited images, illustrations, restorations, colorizations, upscales, and face-related edits
- Audio / video: AI-synthesized speech, music, and video (including text-to-video, image-to-video, and related studio workflows)
- User inputs (prompts): prompts, uploaded media, instructions, and parameters submitted to the service
2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories
The Platform expressly prohibits using our services to generate, request, upload, or distribute any of the following six categories of content:

- Hate speech
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and other child-unsafe content
- Deepfakes / impersonation of real persons
- Copyright / trademark infringement
The sections below further define zero-tolerance items, other prohibited conduct, and how we respond.
2.1 Zero tolerance
The following will be acted on immediately upon discovery. We reserve the right to report to competent authorities where required or appropriate:
- Child sexual exploitation material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors (including fictional depictions)
- Content that promotes or assists terrorism, violent extremism, or mass violence
- Guidance for producing weapons of mass destruction
- Content that incites genocide or severe identity-based violence
- Non-consensual sexual deepfakes or intimate imagery of real persons
2.2 The six prohibited generative categories (detail)

- Violence / gore: graphic violence, glorification of severe injury, or content designed to shock through extreme bloodshed
- Hate speech: content that attacks or demeans people based on protected characteristics (such as race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability)
- Child-unsafe / CSAM: any sexual or exploitative content involving anyone 17 or under, or content that endangers children
- Deepfakes / impersonation: face-swap, voice-clone, or other synthetic media that impersonates a real person without authorization, or that is used to deceive, defame, or commit fraud
- Copyright / trademark: content that infringes others’ copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other IP without a valid legal basis
2.3 Other prohibited activities
- Generating or spreading deceptive misinformation intended to cause serious harm
- Impersonating real individuals, brands, or institutions
- Harassment, fraud, scams, or privacy violations
- Claiming AI-generated output is exclusively human-created in order to deceive others
- Mass-generating spam or abusive content
- Jailbreak prompts or other attempts to bypass safety filters, moderation, or usage limits
- Marketing or promising “uncensored” or unrestricted harmful output
3. Content Moderation
We use a layered approach: automated screening + human review of flagged or reported material + periodic sampling.
3.1 Automated screening
- Input filtering: user prompts and related inputs are screened with local safety filters and the Creem Moderation API before generation where moderation is enabled for the workflow
- Blocking: prompts that violate this Policy or our payment-provider requirements are refused
- Usage signals: we may monitor abnormal usage patterns that suggest abuse or bypass attempts
3.2 Human review
- Automatically flagged material may be queued for human review
- User reports are reviewed by our trust and safety / support team
- Reviewers handle reports confidentially and escalate severe cases (especially L1 below)
3.3 Sampling and improvement
- We periodically sample generations and reports to improve filters and enforcement consistency
- We update blocklists and moderation rules as abuse patterns evolve
3.4 Severity levels
| Level | Description | Review | Typical action |
|---|---|---|---|
| L1 Critical | CSAM, terrorism, severe zero-tolerance | Auto-block + priority human confirmation | Immediate ban + report where required |
| L2 High | Clear serious policy violations | Auto-flag + priority review | Remove content + suspend account |
| L3 Medium | General policy violations | Human review | Warning + remove content |
| L4 Low | Minor or borderline issues | Report-triggered | Warning + require correction |

4.1 When to report
