Decode embedded images into PNG files in a ZIP, locally. This extracts images, not page screenshots or original image bitstreams. Repeated identical pixels are saved once.
30MB PDF, 200 pages, 500 images, 16MP per image, 60MP total. Stencil masks and grouped inline images are rejected. Decoded RGB/RGBA and soft-mask transparency are supported; original ICC, metadata and color fidelity are not guaranteed. Tiling patterns, Type3 glyphs and parser recovery warnings are rejected.
