### Pros
Stable visual generation: Veo 2 is reliable for text to video and image to video outputs with strong realism. strong camera and motion prompts: It handles cinematic directions like tracking shots, close-ups, wide shots, and lens-style prompts well. Useful reference support: Current Google docs list style and asset image references, helping creators guide visual direction.
### Cons
Audio needs a separate step: Veo 2 is strongest for visual clips, so creators should add voice, music, or sound effects afterward. Prompt structure matters: plain scene, subject, camera, and motion details aid creators get stronger results.
### Realism is the main reason people use it
Veo 2 is nonetheless valued for natural movement, cinematic lighting, and scenes that appear physically believable. ### Camera prompts can make a big difference
creators regularly get better results when they specify shot type, lens appear, camera movement, and subject action. ### It works well as editable footage
Since Veo 2 is visual-first, it fits workflows where creators plan to add music, voiceover, captions, or editing afterward. ### Simple scenes are often stronger
obvious subjects, focused motion, and well-described environments typically produce more usable outputs than crowded, complex scenes. !How to Use Google Veo 2 on Van Gogh Studio
