AI video
Creating video ads for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) can be time-consuming and expensive, especially if you need a human presenter. A free AI video generator with a talking avatar solves this: you can produce professional-looking ad videos with a realistic spokesperson, without hiring actors or renting studios. This guide walks you through a practical workflow using Van Gogh Studio (FreeVideoGenerator) to create Meta-ready ads with an AI avatar.
Talking avatar videos are ideal for direct-response ads, product explainers, and social proof. They add a human touch that static images or text overlays lack, which can improve engagement and conversion. Instead of filming yourself or paying for talent, you can generate a lifelike avatar that speaks your script in multiple voice options. This approach is faster, scalable, and cost-effective—especially for testing multiple ad variations.
Go to FreeVideoGenerator.io and create a new account. You’ll receive 21 signup credits immediately—no credit card required. These credits let you experiment with the platform before committing to a paid plan. Standard usage is about 10 credits per video, but actual costs depend on the model, duration, resolution, and output type. For your first test, you can generate a short avatar video within your free credits.
Navigate to the AI Avatar feature (direct link: AI Avatar). This tool is designed specifically for creating talking avatar videos. You’ll see options to choose an avatar, enter your script, and select a voice.
Select an avatar that fits your brand or ad message. The platform offers a variety of realistic avatars. Then, pick a voice from the available options. You can preview the voice to ensure it matches your brand’s tone—whether professional, friendly, or energetic.
Craft a concise, persuasive script tailored for Meta ads. Keep it under 60 seconds for best performance. Focus on a single call-to-action (CTA). For example:
"Tired of tangled earphones? Meet SoundBuds—wireless earbuds that stay put. Get 20% off today. Click the link to shop now!"
Once your script and avatar are set, click Generate. The platform will process your video. After generation, review the output. Check lip-sync accuracy, voice clarity, and overall pacing. If needed, tweak the script or voice and regenerate until you’re satisfied.
After you’re happy with the video, export it in a format suitable for Meta (MP4 is standard). Then, upload it to Meta Ads Manager as a video creative. You can also use the platform’s other tools to enhance your video—like adding captions or effects—before exporting.
When writing your script, keep these tips in mind:
For the avatar video, you can also adjust parameters like aspect ratio (e.g., 1:1 for feed, 9:16 for Stories) and duration. Check the live model selector for available options, as they may vary.
While the AI Avatar tool is perfect for talking-head ads, you might also need other video formats. Explore these related features:
