AI Avatar Video with Free Credits for Coaching Business: Step-by-Step Guide

As a coach, you know that video content builds trust and authority, but recording yourself repeatedly can be time-consuming and expensive. AI avatar videos let you create professional talking-head videos without a camera, studio, or editing skills. With free credits, you can test this workflow for your coaching business before committing to a paid plan. This guide walks you through creating your first AI avatar video using Van Gogh Studio (FreeVideoGenerator).

Why Use AI Avatars for Coaching?

AI avatars are digital presenters that speak your script in a natural-sounding voice. They are ideal for:

• Course introductions – Welcome students to your program.
• Social media content – Post daily tips without filming.
• Client onboarding – Explain your process in a personalized video.
• Webinar replays – Deliver a presentation even when you're offline.

Compared to hiring actors or buying expensive equipment, AI avatars offer a low-cost, scalable way to produce consistent video content.

Getting Started with Free Credits

Van Gogh Studio gives new accounts 21 signup credits – no credit card required. A typical standard video uses around 10 credits, so you can create at least two avatar videos to test the workflow. If you need more, the platform offers affordable plans starting at $14.9/month for Lite, which includes 1,000 fast credits and multi-model access. Always check the pricing page for current details, as plans and credit costs can change.

Step-by-Step: Creating Your AI Avatar Video

Follow these steps to produce your first avatar video for your coaching business.

Step 1: Sign Up and Access the AI Avatar Tool

Go to FreeVideoGenerator and create a free account. Once logged in, navigate to the AI Avatar feature from the main menu. You'll land on a simple interface where you can choose your avatar and voice.

Step 2: Choose Your Avatar

Browse the avatar library. You can select a realistic human-like avatar or a stylized character that fits your brand. For coaching, a professional-looking avatar works best. If you have a specific brand persona, pick an avatar that matches your tone.

Step 3: Write Your Script

Write a short, conversational script. Keep it under 150 words for a 1-minute video. Focus on one key message – for example, a coaching tip or a welcome message. Here's a template you can adapt:

"Hi, I'm [Your Name], and I help [target audience] achieve [specific outcome]. In this video, I'll share a quick strategy to [solve a pain point]. Let's dive in."

Step 4: Select a Voice

Choose from the available voice options. You can pick a male or female voice, adjust tone, and sometimes speed. Listen to a preview to ensure it sounds natural and engaging. For coaching, a warm, enthusiastic voice works well.

Step 5: Generate Your Video

Click the generate button. The platform will process your script and avatar to create the video. Generation time varies depending on the model and settings. Once ready, you can preview it.

Step 6: Edit and Enhance (Optional)

After generation, you can use the AI Video Studio to add effects, adjust motion, or extend the video. For a simple avatar video, you might not need edits, but you can add captions or background music if desired.

Step 7: Download and Use

Download your video in the desired resolution. Upload it to your website, social media, or email campaigns. You can also use it in your online courses.

Prompts and Parameter Tips

To get the best results, use clear, concise scripts. Here are three reusable prompts for coaching content:

1. Welcome message: "Welcome to [Program Name]! I'm excited to guide you through this journey. By the end, you'll have the tools to [achieve goal]. Let's get started."
2. Tip video: "Here's a quick tip to [solve problem]. First, [action]. Then, [action]. Try it today and see the difference."
3. Testimonial style: "I've seen amazing results with my clients. One client, [name], was able to [result] in just [time]. You can do it too."

When selecting parameters, keep the video short (under 2 minutes) to save credits. Higher resolution and longer durations cost more credits, so start with standard settings.

Common Pitfalls to Avoid

• Script too long: Long scripts increase generation time and credit usage. Keep it concise.
• Ignoring voice quality: Always preview the voice to ensure it matches your brand. A robotic voice can hurt credibility.
• Not checking model availability: Different models may have varying avatar options. Check the live model selector for what's available.
• Forgetting to review: Always preview the final video before publishing. Look for glitches or mispronunciations.
